I’ve made this smoothie seven times this month and i can honestly testify how good it is, not to mention super easy and healthy!
Understandably, i crave smoothies 24.7 per day of the year and can’t afford paying the expensive price-tag for store-bought smoothies everyday. So recently i’ve been stocking up on delicious homemade smoothie recipes after weeks & weeks of test trials. Here is one my favorites:
And since blueberries are in season, why not make the most of out them?
And here is the easy recipe!
Blueberry Coconut Milk Smoothie
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup milk or soy milk
1/3 cup coconut milk
1 frozen banana
- Prepare your ingredients and blender
- Blend in all ingredients till smooth
- Pour into cups and sprinkle blueberries on top!
