Here is another lovely dessert recipe: this time Peaches & Cream Cupcakes topped with a light, fluffy homemade whipped cream topping! My family actually just went peach picking over the weekend, so these were made with fresh, ripe peaches from Michigan.
The perfect summer treat, amen!
I made these for close family friends who were so considerate to drop off thoughtful birthday gifts.
This was my first time making whipped cream myself and i can confess that it is one of the most enjoyable (and messy) things in the world.
Look at those gorgeous loop sided swirls pshh.
So apparently tofu deserves more credit than we give it. With the combination of tofu and nutella, you can achieve this lovely textured and elegant chocolate mousse.
This is the perfect treat to serve at a party or for close friends or just for pampering yourself on the weekend.
Basically a quick recap of the recipe = blending tofu and nutella, then refrigerate for a couple of hours. So simple ahh.
Highly Recommend! Try this Chocolate Mousse recipe which will convince you to also love tofu pshh~~
